It’s a push-arm recliner, so no release handle interrupts the outside arm, and the lower back panel is designed to move through the reclining positions so the tailoring stays clean at full stretch.

Bassett builds this recliner to order in the USA – sinuous wire seat construction, high-resiliency Qualux seat cushion, removable legs – in the custom fabric you choose. Want power? A power version is available, activated by a discreet handle on the inside arm. Optional nail head trim comes in the small 3/8-inch size, set end to end, and the family includes a tall back version and a full leather program.
